Affiliate Program Details
NAPO-DFW Organizers who refer their clients to Easysale to sell their items will receive 10% of the sale proceeds as an affiliate bonus.- To participate in this program, you must first register with Easysale and receive a Referral Source code. (All Organizers who attended the 9/24/09 chapter meeting and signed up for the resource package are already registered.) The Referral Source code looks like this: NAPO-xxxx, where “xxxx” is a four-digit number.
- Your clients must provide your Referral Source code to Easysale when the client checks items in for sale. Without this code, we have no way to track your bonus.
- An affiliate bonus is considered “earned” at the time we pay the sale proceeds to your client. The bonus is based on the item’s final selling price, excluding shipping, handling, sales tax, and any adjustments agreed to by the selling client. We will not pay an affiliate bonus on items that are unsold or that are returned by buyers as defective or otherwise not as described by the selling client.
- Easysale will pay the affiliate bonuses earned during each calendar quarter within 30 days after the end of the quarter. (For example, bonuses earned during the October-December quarter will be paid by January 30.) Payment will be by check to your business address.
- This program expires December 31, 2009, but may be extended at Easysale’s discretion.
How to Get Your Clients’ Items to Easysale
- Call us at 817-640-3279 to schedule a pick-up. Our Customer Auction Advisors are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Either you or your client can call. The client must have at least $100 worth (expected eBay value) of items, each worth at least $50. There is a $35 per trip charge, no matter how many items we’re picking up. We deduct this fee from the seller’s check.
- Request a pick-up online. Click request a pickup at the top of any page of our website and complete the online form. (It’s not necessary to list everything; just describe a few of the most valuable items.) One of our CAAs will call you or your client back that day (weekdays) or on our next business day to schedule the pick-up appointment.
- Visit an Easysale store. We have four retail locations, in Addison, Dallas, Plano and Southlake. All stores are open 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Just bring in the items your client would like to sell. No appointment is necessary.

Of course, you’re not really giving away your time. But if your clients have lots of high-end, valuable items that you can help them get rid of by selling with Easysale, they could actually realize enough proceeds to completely offset your professional fee. They get an organized home or office, and you get new business!
