Easysale, a Google Favorite, now on iPhone!
Last week we were happy to announce that Easysale, Dallas’ largest eBay store, was named a Google Favorite Place. It was a great Christmas gift to the company, especially to our store on Lovers Lane, which now proudly sports the window sticker that denotes our new Google status. So yes, we have even more reasons to party this New Year’s Eve!
If you haven’t had a chance to stop by our Lovers Lane store and scan the window sticker with your iPhone or other code reader-enabled smartphone, here’s what you’ll find when you do:
With this cool app, you can get directions to all of our Easysale stores, read customer reviews and even write your own. And of course, you’ll get information on what we do, how to sell your items on eBay through Easysale, and even place a call to the store directly from your phone.
The technology behind all this is the QR Code, a two-dimensional code that is widely used in Japan but which is only now being introduced here in the U.S. Soon you’ll see these cryptic codes everywhere, but the code readers themselves are easily downloadable through your service provider’s applications directory. (A simple and free QR code reader for the iPhone is Barcodes, available for download in the iTunes App Store.)
In the meantime, check it out at our Lovers Lane store and take advantage of this rare opportunity to try out a new computing innovation, now available at Easysale. Just look for the Google Favorite Place window sticker and scan away.
