Help us Help Toys for Tots
This holiday season, Easysale is collecting toys for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve’s annual Toys for Tots program. We placed drop boxes in all our stores earlier this week.
Just in case you haven’t heard of it, the Toys for Tots program collects new toys during October, November and December of each year, and then distributes those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in our community. The primary goal of this wonderful program is to deliver a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens. Now in its 63rd year, the program has so far distributed more than 400 million toys to more than 188 million needy children.
If you would like to help us support this worthy cause, here’s all you need to do: just bring a new, unwrapped toy to any of Easysale’s five Dallas-Fort Worth area locations, and place it in the drop box in our lobby. We have stores in Addison, Dallas, Plano and Southlake, or you can come by our headquarters in Arlington.
We’ll even pick up your toys! If you have a pickup appointment with Easysale, just give your new, unwrapped toys to our Mobile Trading Manager, and he’ll make sure it gets into the Toys for Tots drop box.
So when you’re shopping for toys this holiday season–whether it’s on eBay or in a retail store–pick up an extra toy for someone less fortunate in our community. We’ll make sure it gets to someone who really needs it.
