Easysale Addison Gets 99.9% Feedback Rating
(9/14/09) Easysale’s Addison/North Dallas store recently rose to a 99.9% Feedback rating on eBay–meaning that over the last 12 months, the store has received positive feedback from at least 999 out of every 1,000 buyers who purchased a product from the store. This level of buyer satisfaction is especially difficult to achieve in a business like Easysale’s, because we sell so many different types of items, many of which are pre-owned.
So how does the Addison team do it? They let their buyers know exactly what they’re getting by taking great photos and writing careful and detailed descriptions. They ship purchases within 24 hours, and often on the same day. They personally and proactively reach out to buyers, dozens of time each day. And finally, they do whatever is necessary to keep their buyers satisfied.
Although it may not seem obvious, this high Feedback rating benefits our consignors, as well. Why? Because when buyers see an eBay seller with stellar Feedback, it boosts the buyer’s confidence in the seller. Confident buyers bid more in auctions, and are more likely to buy fixed price items from a reputable seller than one with lower Feedback. That translates into higher prices and faster sales for our consignors.
We’re always mindful that we actually serve two different customers–our sellers, and our buyers. Hats off to the Addison store team for giving great service to both.
