Customer Auction Advisor
Location: 719 109th St. Arlington Texas
Status: Part Time and Full Time
Compensation: Up to $10.50 / hour with bonus potential and Insurance benefits for full time
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions from phone calls and e-mails
- Sell customers that call or e-mail on the Easysale value proposition
- Take orders over the phone from customers
- Advise customers on auction selling price
- Schedule pick up times with customer
- Enter customer information into auction data base
- Research and answer questions from current buyers and sellers
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
- Call center experience helpful
- Typing skills should be at medium to high level
- Web and e-mail savvy with eBay knowledge a requirement
- Has the ability to be cross trained
- Computer literate
- Bi-lingual a plus
